Class fee $3 for the trimester for copies and supplies. Students should bring glue, scissors, index cards, and a 3-ring binder to class each week.

Students will need to purchase the Around the World in 180 Days student workbook, and parents may purchase the teacher's edition, if desired. Christian Book Distributors sells the student workbook alone for $6.99, plus shipping; and you can purchase a set: both student and teacher books for $29.99, plus shipping. Please be sure to purchase your student's workbook in time to have it for the first day of class.

Using the curriculum Around the World in 180 Days by Sherri Payne, we will use a notebook approach to studying world history and geography. This will primarily be a geography/social studies course.

This class will span all three trimesters of the 2007-2008 co-op year, but each trimester will be a complete unit and previous trimesters are not a prerequisite to taking the class. There will be homework and/or projects required each week.
