There has been much controversy and many questions about the virtual charter schools here in Idaho state. INCH is in agreement with the viewpoint of HSLDA (The Home School Legal Defense Association) about virtual charter schools. Below are several articles addressing this issue. 

At INCH we recognize that there are many diverse philosophies and manners in which to homeschool, and we happily include all homeschooling families (including those enrolled in IDVA and IDEA) in our classes, activities, and events. We do not, however, offer any K12 or non-Christian curriculum in our co-op classes, nor any IDVA or IDEA support.
